Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Leadership & Management Trainer to deliver high-impact programs focused on leadership development, people management, coaching, decision-making, strategic thinking, team building, performance management, and workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver leadership and management development programs.
• Design and customize content based on organizational needs.
• Facilitate leadership simulations, case studies, discussions, and practical activities.
• Coach participants and provide meaningful feedback.
• Support organizations in developing leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional training experience.
• Strong expertise in Leadership, Management, Coaching, or related areas.
• Proven experience working with corporate and senior-level participants.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant leadership/training certifications preferred.
• Strong practical business and leadership experience.
• Contract/freelance availability within UAE/GCC.
