Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Trainer to deliver practical and engaging programs covering HR management, recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, learning and development, and strategic HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HR training programs for corporate professionals.
• Customize training materials according to client requirements.
• Use case studies, practical exercises, discussions, and workplace scenarios.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional training experience.
• Strong expertise and practical experience in Human Resources.
• Proven corporate training/facilitation experience.
• Relevant HR qualifications or professional certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of current HR practices and workplace trends.
• Contract/freelance availability within UAE/GCC.
