Six Sigma Awareness Program Training is to introduce participants to the principles and methodologies of Six Sigma. This training focuses on understanding Six Sigma concepts, processes, and benefits to drive quality improvement and operational excellence.

The Six Sigma Awareness Program introduces participants to Six Sigma’s core principles and procedures, which are based on data and used to enhance processes and reduce variation. This program presents an overview of Six Sigma’s fundamental ideas, methods, and advantages, with the goal of increasing participants’ knowledge and comprehension. 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
