Introduction 

  • Understand the core project management processes of scope, cost, and time 
  • Gain knowledge of facilitating processes of quality, risk, resources, communication, and procurement 
  • Learn about project integration management and professional responsibilities of a Project Manager 
  • Evaluate the risk factors involved in a project and manage them effectively 
  • Utilize communication and business tools for the accomplishment of the company’s project goals 
  • Control and plan the overall cost and budget of the project.

Program Methodology:

  • The training method used will be interactive Live sessions, case studies, role plays, group work in conjunction with multimedia slide presentations (LCD projector) and practice questions for discussion.

Certificate of Participation:

  • SPS will issue a certificate of participation on conclusion of the program.

Upon Completion of the Program, the participant will be able to:

  • Education Background: Secondary Degree (High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or the global equivalent) 
  • Project Management Experience: 60 months of leading and directing projects 
  • Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification 

Option 2 

  • Education Background: Four-year Degree 
  • Project Management Experience: 36 months of leading and directing projects 
  • Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification
