Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in water treatment field as sales engineer
- Work with Sales team to support Company in all aspects of work mainly pertaining to generating enquiries – selling, servicing of water treatment chemicals to the existing and new customer.
- Business development in water treatment chemicals, chemical systems, Pre commissioning and wastewater treatment systems to achieve the Sales and Invoicing Target on Yearly basis. Meeting Monthly and overall target will be a key Result Area for the performance of function.
- Work with our sales team to professionally represent the company at a customer to understand the
- Customer’s needs make suggestions for possible solutions and develop budgetary numbers in line with the company’s interest.
- Cost analysis, estimating, develop value-added propositions and proposal writing.
- Maintain Good business relationship with the customer independently.
- Preparation & Review of Method statement/Submittals/Drawings/Reply to consultant comments etc.
- Meeting consultants for technical discussion, giving presentations/technical offers for future projects.
- Preparation of Customer Orders, Order acknowledgments, services Schedules and Invoicing schedules etc. in the ERP/IFS System.
- Coordination with client/Consultants /supplier/Site Engineers/Sales Engineers/Internal departments for Execution of jobs.
- Managing of Service Schedules, Invoicing Schedules, approval of WCR’s/GRN from the sites and follow up pending WCR list.
- Monitoring of Invoicing, backlogs and Customer Orders. Monitoring of Rejected invoices with action plan for resubmission for approval.
- Contract Preparation, review and Finalization.
- Carryout Market & Competitor analysis time to time.
- Travel to other GCC countries as and when required.
- Additional duties may be assigned, as required.
- Must be locally available in UAE.
- Must have a UAE driving license.
