Must be on their own visa or dependent visa.
Looking for RECRUITERS on dependent VISA passionate to work and grow themselves in the recruitment field as End to End Recruiters which means bringing the position(Sales), finding the candidate(sourcing), closing the position(closing) and getting the payments (billing) too. Incentive Earning will be on revenue based upon the number of positions you bring in and closures. HR Qualification is a MUST
Required Skill Set:
Preferably HR or Recruitment experience in Recruitment firm essential
End to End recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
Ability to understand technical and non-technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in IT and non IT recruitment would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing of candidates using job portals / Boolean search in accordance of the Job description.
Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
Ability to reach out to corporates on behalf of our firm and raise business opportunities / positions
