This two-day Action Centred Leadership Skills training program, is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage teams. This course is based on John Adair’s Action Centred Leadership method and covers three major aspects of leadership: individual growth, team maintenance, and task management. Learn how to create a balance between these responsibilities in order to achieve group goals, increase cohesion, and develop individual team members.
