The PMP training is designed to prepare individuals for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam, which is recognized globally as a leading credential for project managers. The training covers the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) PMBOK® Guide, focusing on the five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and ten knowledge areas. It also includes real-world scenarios, exercises, and practice exams.

The Prerequisites are applicable for candidates who wish to proceed with certification:  

Option1 

  • Education Background: Secondary Degree (High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or the global equivalent) 
  • Project Management Experience: 60 months of leading and directing projects 
  • Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification 

Option 2 

  • Education Background: Four-year Degree 
  • Project Management Experience: 36 months of leading and directing projects 
  • Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification
