Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging and practical corporate training programs in areas such as communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, presentation skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training programs.
• Develop and customize training materials according to client requirements.
• Facilitate activities, discussions, case studies, role plays, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional training/facilitation experience.
• Strong subject-matter expertise in Soft Skills and professional development.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Relevant qualifications/certifications preferred.
• Ability to customize programs based on client requirements.
• Willingness to work on a contract/freelance basis across UAE/GCC.
