Project Management Professional (PMP)
The PMP training is designed to prepare individuals for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam, which is recognized globally as a leading credential for project managers. The training covers the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) PMBOK® Guide, focusing on the five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and ten knowledge areas. It also includes real-world scenarios, exercises, and practice exams.
Introduction
- Understand the core project management processes of scope, cost, and time
- Gain knowledge of facilitating processes of quality, risk, resources, communication, and procurement
- Learn about project integration management and professional responsibilities of a Project Manager
- Evaluate the risk factors involved in a project and manage them effectively
- Utilize communication and business tools for the accomplishment of the company’s project goals
- Control and plan the overall cost and budget of the project.

- Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification
Option 2
- Education Background: Four-year Degree
- Project Management Experience: 36 months of leading and directing projects
- Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM certification
